For those of you that know our wine expert John it’s not a surprise that he's a tried and true foodie.  However, you may not know that he’s also the son of a well-known European chef and has trained and worked in some of the best kitchens and restaurants in North America.

This year we’re offering a unique opportunity to enjoy an evening of gourmet fare matched with hand selected wines.  The meal will be customized to your group with pre-arranged selections from our a’la carte four course menu, and prepared on-site by John himself.  He will also serve the meal matched with the wines that he’s chosen for you, so all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the evening with your guests.

Four gourmet cheeses will be matched to the selected wines.
You end the evening with a sample of dessert wine matched with a gourmet chocolate.
Our Sommelier will lead your tasting for 1.5 hours of instruction in either a social or structured environment.

Le Nez du Vin Scent Kits

Le Nez du Vin is simply the worlds ultimate unique gift idea and educational tool for the wine lover on your list. It helps develop the sense of smell, and creates a common language to describe, understand and better enjoy wine.

Wine Kits available include: Master Kit, Duo Red & White, Red Wine, White Wine, Wine Faults, Oak Casks, and an Introductory Kit. Prices begin at $35 for the introductory kit, and range through to $375 for the full master kit. Shipping, handling and duties are additional to this price, but will be included in your order.

Gift certificates are available directly through us in denominations of $25, $50 or $100 and can be used towards any of the products or services offered throughout the Lower Mainland. This includes Wine Clubs, one night workshops, four week courses, in-home wine events or in-office wine events.
