Italian Wines & Antipasto Workshop - Maple Ridge
Offered through Once Upon A Vine
One Evening Course - Monday, June 16th
7pm to 9pm

Italian wines are a natural match for food. In this workshop we will match
quality regional wines to an Italian antipasto plate. We will discuss the origins
and typical ingredients that make up everyday Italian food dishes.
You will also learn the difference quality olive oils can make when cooking.

Amazing B.C. White Wines Workshop - Port Moody
Offered through the Port Moody Arts Centre
One Evening Course - Wednesday, June 18th
7pm to 9pm

This workshop will explore the best white wines from the premier wine
regions in the South Okanagan. Reserve and top quality trophy white wines
from Lang Vineyards, Laughing Stock, Burrowing Owl, Sumac Ridge,
and Jackson-Triggs will be sampled and discussed.

Registration fee is $49.00 per person including materials and samples (GST additional).

One Evening Course - Tuesday, June 24th
7pm to 9pm

In this new workshop you will learn about, discuss and sample the best fruit wines
that BC has to offer. From the Naramata Bench to the Fraser Valley, we will explore
five (5) top fruit wines that are sure to be enjoyed on your summer patio this year!
All of these terrific wines will be perfectly paired with little nibbly bits and
weather permitting we will be doing this class al fresco!

FOR COURSES HELD AT THE PORT MOODY ARTS CENTRE:

Missed classes for any of the four week programs (101, 201 or 301)
offered at the Port Moody Arts Centre may be made up at no extra
charge the next time the same course is offered at the Centre.
Advance notice of a missed class is required.

Beginners are welcomed and encouraged to attend any of our courses or workshops!
